Charles Higham is a Research Professor at the University of Otago, New Zealand, and a Fellow at St. Catherine’s College, Cambridge. He began his career in Southeast Asia in 1969 with excavation in Thailand, and has since worked in many sites in Thailand, with one expedition in Cambodia.
